Tuan has over a decade of both retail and commercial lending experience. He has worked in a wide range of roles, which include: Real Estate Appraiser, Investment & Insurance Advisor, Commercial Banker, and Private Banker.

He has a track record of structuring complex credit requests and has successfully arranged numerous land and construction loans for local developers and real estate investors. He thrives working on complex files where he has a knack for thinking outside the box and creating flexible financial solutions for his clients and has been actively involved in the real estate financing community since 2008.

He has consistently been a high-performer and has received numerous accolades, including the DLC Masters Award (top 1% of all DLC brokers). He also provides mentoring to his team and fellow brokers on both sales and underwriting strategies.

Wing has over ten years of experience in both the real estate and investment industry which includes: residential underwriting, commercial underwriting, investment research, and as a senior financial analyst at one of Canada’s best performing Real Estate Investment Trusts (REIT).

Through his years of experience working directly with clients, he is able to explain challenging financing solutions to his clients in a clear and concise manner. Wing has over the years skillfully structured challenging debt facilities while working closely with the client to ensure the solution fits their needs.

Wing holds a BBA from Simon Fraser University with a major in Finance and Accounting. He later went on to complete the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) program and became a charter holder.
