Tuan Luong

President of Commercial & Residential Financing

Tuan has over a decade of both retail and commercial lending experience. He has worked in a wide range of roles, which include: Real Estate Appraiser, Investment & Insurance Advisor, Commercial Banker, and Private Banker.

He has a track record of structuring complex credit requests and has successfully arranged numerous land and construction loans for local developers and real estate investors. He thrives working on complex files where he has a knack for thinking outside the box and creating flexible financial solutions for his clients and has been actively involved in the real estate financing community since 2008.

He has consistently been a high-performer and has received numerous accolades, including the DLC Masters Award (top 1% of all DLC brokers). He also provides mentoring to his team and fellow brokers on both sales and underwriting strategies.

Wing Hung - CFA

Vice President of Commercial & Residential Financing

Wing has over ten years of experience in both the real estate and investment industry which includes: residential underwriting, commercial underwriting, investment research, and as a senior financial analyst at one of Canada’s best performing Real Estate Investment Trusts (REIT).

Through his years of experience working directly with clients, he is able to explain challenging financing solutions to his clients in a clear and concise manner. Wing has over the years skillfully structured challenging debt facilities while working closely with the client to ensure the solution fits their needs.

Wing holds a BBA from Simon Fraser University with a major in Finance and Accounting. He later went on to complete the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) program and became a charter holder.

Vivienne Chen

Associate Vice President, Commercial Financing

Vivienne brings a spirited commitment and energy to the real estate industry backed by her entrepreneurial background and a successful banking career.

Prior to entering the real estate industry, she owned and operated a few businesses and spent years in the banking sector honing her skills. After spending years as an entrepreneur, she wanted to pursue her passion in real estate and also push her career to another level. Hence, She is dual licensed, possessing both her realtor and mortgage broker license. Her ambition is dedicated to excelling in the ever-changing real estate industry by providing her clients with value added advice. Leveraging her knowledge and insights into the real estate and financing industry, She aims to provide her clients with the most professional and comprehensive service.

Cecilia Zhu

Vice President of Commercial Financing, CPA

Cecilia is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), who has over 7 years of accounting experience. She has a wide range of experience in the various areas of taxes such as personal tax, corporate finance and auditing As an accountant, she worked daily with professionals in the real estate industry and that is where she realized she had a good understanding and interest for the industry. She ultimately decided to follow her passion and became a licensed mortgage broker.

Cecilia is a great communicator and enjoys building long-term relationships with all her clients. She is also very detail-oriented and analytical and enjoys looking at financing from various angles to help her clients accomplish their goals. Cecilia holds a Bachelors degree in Business Administration at Simon Fraser University with a major in Accounting and is a designated CPA. She immigrated from China when she was 18 and is fluent in English and Mandarin.
